Dr. Rhonda is a certified yoga instructors (RYT 200), holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, and certificate in Nalanda Buddhist Philosophy from Tibet House, New Delhi.
Dr. Rhonda regularly holds workshops on the skills of Mental and Emotional Self-Management (MESM), an evidence based practice to help us better manage our nervous systems. Various scientific and wisdom traditions have provided a path to explore the connection between mind, environment, and relationships. Dr. Rhonda combines philosophy and science to create simple yet effective methods to generate well-being first within ourselves and then through our relationships with others.
